Future Cleaning Services Ltd are a successful Contract Cleaning Company with offices located throughout the UK.
Receptionist / Administrator
Due to expansion, we now have a vacancy for a full time, permanent Receptionist/Administrator to work from our Head Office in York working 10am – 6pm, Monday – Friday with an immediate start.
The key duties of the role are to manage a high volume of inbound calls and general administration duties. Administration duties will include logging information/data onto spreadsheets and database, supplying paperwork to area managers, managing incoming and outgoing post, scanning incoming documentation and general ad-hoc duties as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy office environment preferably working on a reception desk answering calls and greeting clients, although this is not essential as full training will be provided.
To be considered for the role you must have the following skills:
Pleasant and confident telephone manner
Good all round computer skills including Excel, Work and Outlook
Excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise your own workload under pressure
We are looking for a flexible, hands-on, proactive person with a can do approach.
